Who controls your information

The intended controller is M3 GLOBAL SINGLE MEMBER P.C. Final corporate registration details will be added after official confirmation. Privacy enquiries: hello@merge3.eu.

Information we collect

Depending on the form you use, we may collect your email, name, role, message, consent time, registration time, language and an approximate country code supplied by the hosting infrastructure. We do not ask for passwords or payment-card details in these forms.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage registrations, answer messages, provide early access, send requested launch communications, understand aggregate interest and protect the service. Consent is used for optional communications; service integrity may rely on legitimate interests.

Providers and international processing

Selected providers may process data for hosting, database storage, security and email delivery under contractual safeguards. Where processing occurs outside the EEA, an applicable lawful transfer mechanism will be used. MERGE3 does not sell the launch list.

Retention

Launch-list information is kept until consent is withdrawn or, at the latest, for 12 months after the public launch unless law or a dispute requires longer retention. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and related obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may withdraw consent. Send requests to hello@merge3.eu. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and security

The current launch experience does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Necessary technologies may support security, infrastructure and the protected owner area. Approximate country information may be incorrect when a VPN or relay is used.

Updates

This notice will be updated when the final company details, email provider, payment provider or shopping services are confirmed. Material changes will be reflected here before the relevant feature is activated.
